Meet MJ

Hi my name is MJ, and I’m about to start 9th grade. I’m really thankful for the chance to apply for braces because I know it could change a lot for me. I’ve always been a little shy about my smile. I don’t like taking pictures, and I try not to smile too big because I’m not confident about my teeth. Sometimes people make jokes, and even if they don’t mean to be rude, it makes me feel bad. I think having braces would help me feel better about myself and help me be more confident at school and around others. Thank you for considering me for this opportunity. I really appreciate it.
